Amilo Pi 2530 - SpeedStep (EIST) unlock request.
#1
Question
Hi everyone and especially the modders,

I have an Amilo pi 2530 laptop with a T5250 (1.5ghz) processor and I need to disable speedstep through bios.It seems my Bios is locked or maybe it needs a special key combination to access the advanced features.

What I need is to unlock(access) the Advanced Features for my Bios so that I could OC the bus and CPUa little bit.I'm planning on using Throttle stop to get Dual IDA working on my system "OR" setfsb to OC my PLL(9LPRS365BGLF).

Any ideas or suggestions are most welcome and thank you for reading this.

i used the (Windows Flash () - Winflash_AMILO Pi2530 version 1.15) to flash my Bios found at the official Fujitsu site.

-Manufacturer: Fujitsu-Siemens
-Motherboard Model: Amilo Pi 2530
-Bios revision: 1.15
-Bios Type: Phoenix BIOS
-Bios Download Link: http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/Download/ShowFiles.asp
