Arima ARGO11/3000 BIOS issue

Hey folks,

Trying to fix a few things with this particular board, but I cannot open the BIOS file!

BIOS reports as AMI, 4.6.1 core.
Trying to open it up so we can fix the shoddy ACPi implementation, as well as some hope of updating AGESA code.

I've tried pretty much all the tools in the downloads page - maybe I've missed something, as none of the editors can open it! The file has been pulled multiple times, same results, and a re-flash with the backed up bios file works fine - so the file isn't corrupt.

Any help is very much appreciated.
