Asrock h81m-vg4 r2.0 bios unlock help

Hi there, I’m new to modding bios, i want to unlock hidden features in my motherboard bios (like above 4g, cfg lock and more). I would be very thankful if someone would help me with unlocking features, because I don’t know any about bios modding. I have ch341a programmer, motherboard have winbond 25q32fva1q bios chip, I don’t know if you need 1,8v converter to flash that, if anyone know, please tell me. I’m providing latest bios from official site, however i can dump bios from flash microsheme if it don’t need 1,8v converter to read/write. Thanks in advance
