Asus P5G41T-M LX: Xeon Support

My MoBo supports only 2,33GHz in the BIOS Update 1101, but CPU can go up to 2,88 GHz can you please help me guys?

i trying  to upgrade my Asus  p5g41t-m lx  Motherboard from Q6600 to XEON E5450

it works with the following bios file....but the problem is i cannot install windows 10 64bit.  32 bit is working and a message "to unleash this cpus full power pls upgrade your bios......"always come at the starting.... 

Does anyone have this bios with the  xeon microcodes or mod the attached bios?pls pls help me...
