Asus P8Z77-V Pro slic request plz!!!

Since the other post i made in some1 else's thread is getting ignored i figured i should make a new one to follow the(possible) rules of 1 request per thread. Sorry about double post but i caught a virus and need to re-install Windows so might as well update the bios that still has original version(from 8 bios updates ago). Really appreciate any help since need to re-install everything asap(thats what i get for turning off Kaspersky for 2 days). Will post the results!!!
