Have now tried the new bios update now as well.
Can only say it does not work.
Only diffence found is i can no longer change the time in the bios after upgrade and the cpu does not throttle back from 1.86ghz to 1.56ghz went not under load.
So have the computer clock at 2.0ghz using cpucool software and it does not throttle back the cpu when not under load this is a small improvement
