Bios Samsung RV511 unlock

Please Galera need to unlock this Bios if anyone can help me would be very grateful , my notebook is a RV511 the bios is 07PA.M014.20121127.XW But when she 'll download comes in EXE have no idea how to extract , It does not rise my i5 2450m not know why I'm currently using i5 450m rising from good please help me to make this release if you already have please send unlock PM with the link or posting down there I thank you . !

I need the Samsung rv511 hidden bios menus unlocked as well but im running the older bios 06PA ,the newer one caused the processor to run way to hot
it still dose run hot but not as bad. this is the issue I hope to solve in the hidden bios options either higher fan speed or higher thermal shutdown temp.
but I do have the raw bios.wph file for my current version. its the file I used to revert back from the newer bios
