Bios problem Flanged

Hello,
I definitely want to overlock my pc but my bios is flanged I really need your help ... I want to overlock my CPU I7 920 priority ...

Please post a bios download link for your motherboard (Latest BIOS Please)

If you cant find one i notice that this is an AMI bios therfore you can generate a backup of your current bios sing the program below
