Is it possible to change the Bios serial number and the win32 operating system install date ?

ive looked into using a few tools to try and do it but my knowledge is rather limited...

You are talking about laptop serial (UUID etc,) for these parameters You have find DMI tool for Insyde !
If You cannot find I will link some.
