Bios update

Hello all, i want to update mi bios but i can'd find it on Foxconn site and i don't know how to do this.reason because i buy a new video card Nvidia GT220 and it not working. when i turn ON the computer on first screen where you press DEL or F2 to enter bios you know it very slow.
