Bricked HP Omen AX000 Help

Hello!
I have an HP Omen 15 AX-000 laptop that I was fixing a Windows issue on when the laptop refused to boot.  The error capslock key displayed 2 long and 2 short flashes which on HP's site indicates, "The main area (DXE) of BIOS has become corrupted, and there is no recovery binary image available."  
I tried using HP's Bios recovery tool on a USB drive but that did nothing.  
The bios chip is a winbond w25q64 and the motherboard is model dag35amb8e0 rev e with an i7-6700hq and a gtx965m.
I do have a CH341 programmer and a test clip that I can use to flash the bios onto the chip.  
Any possibilities of fixing the laptop?  Thanks!

Okay so I believe I found what the bios is supposed to be for my M/B, however, when I tried flashing it, it still came up with a black screen.  I've uploaded the bin from HP here.  The HP utility also created a .s12 file that I don't know what is meant for.  Uploaded that here.  Are there any pointers as to what to do now?
