Can anyone unlock a VAIO VPCEL1E1E please?

Hello, I was just wondering if I could access further options in my laptops BIOS, but i'm not sure how. I only get the basic options such as enabling virtualization etc. My laptop is a Sony VAIO VPCEL1E1E with a AMD E-350 dual core 1.6 ghz processor. The bios my laptop has is insyde h2o bios, and the bios id of my laptop is:
R0130E3

That's the problem Mick, there is not a BIOS download on Sony's website, and i'm not sure where exactly i can find one.
