My bios has few options. I was wondering if can anyone help me unlocking my BIOS.

do you see the tab called advanced in the setup utility !!
let me knew if you don`t see it in your original bios .

also , your bios hasn`t got any hidden tabs or menus.....its just few options .

Yes I can see the tab called advanced.
Is there a menu related to PCI devices?
My wifi card does not work and I think it is a conflict between PCI cards. Is there anything you can do in the bios to try to solve?

if this is the original wifi card that comes with your notebook , then it might be a conflict problem .
but if you have bought another wifi card and didn`t work , then you should post a request in the whitelist remove section to make the new wifi card supported .
