Just download your A19 and unzip and install. I had A21 bios but its now A19, then I did a fresh install of Dell oem windows 7 Prof. x64 and it is activated genuine.

So what happens if I update the bios to A21?

When I try to extract this file with 7-Zip I get an error: "Data error in 'OmcaClientModule32.exe'. File is broken"

I've tried re-downloading and I've tried extracting it with anti-virus (Avast) disabled and still have the same problem. Anyone familiar with this problem?
