OR could someone point me in the direction of the software to unlock the bios myself.

I can't help you but if the sp56606 NWL mod is release before your unlock request, it could be interessant to link to obtain a sp56606 NWL with unlocked menu.

PS : i'm ok to test NWL as well as unlock menu bios edition, just ask and tell me how to.
