[DONE] Fully unlocked bios - Lenovo IdeaPad 700-15isk

Hello everyone!

Here is a threaad of my unlocked Phoenix bios on Lenovo IdeaPad 700-15isk to get XMP memory profile working.
Thanks to member Dudu2002 who modded bios i have fully unlocked Bios now.
As Laptop support m.2 disks i managed to bought Samsung 960 Pro 512gb NVME disk
and has Intel i7-6700HQ, I know that that processor support up to 3200Mhz ram on expensive laptops 2500usd and more..
But Ram speed is locked to 2133Mhz as IT industry wants that and thats nerve me a lot
so I bought Corsair CMSX16GX4 M2A3000 which is declared to 16gb 3000Mhz XMP profile.

At first Laptop starts at 2133Mhz with SPD profile active at 1.2V.
So I found that user Dudu2002 
wrote on a few threads:
Bios mod can be flashed using SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only
I managed to buy that SPI-programer thats only 2.45 USD and SOIC8 SOP8 CLIP 2.88USD from AliExpress.











When i got it, I messaged modder and he sent to me CH341A program version 3.0v. Than I errased everything from bios
and thinked that I need to bring laptop to servis as It won't start-up after flashing. To instal bios in servis it cost around 65usd.

I decided to go next and to try fully mod my bios as Servis can allways fix it.
And than found thats that SPIClip isn't only what is needed, users who wants to RW bios chips with that need to pay aditional 10usd
for registered CH341A program from mail (skygz@qq.com) in program.
I asked via yahoo mail author about program licence and after pay on PayPal 10usd he sent to me licenced program, he is from china.

Now with licenced program I got posible to do with SPI clip what I want and bring laptop back in life.
Than Dudu2002 sent me 2 modded bioses dump from mu dump and I tryid both.
Second one was the finish point what I want.
I got better bios than in 3500e laptops and can do everything with ram and XMP profiles.
As I'm also programer and developer i decided to sent donation to Dudu2002, 30 euro from Serbia via PayPal.
and sugest everybody to do same as guy knows things.

Here in post are some before and after results from AIDA64 and images from modded bios.
At the end is looking of modded bios. Performace is insane now.
Next thing is to get i7-6820HK and GTX1050ti BGA reballing on this laptop

nicke95, did You do upgrade of Your CPU or GPU? I've got the same laptop and don't know what to do - upgrade it or buy a new one. Don't want to pay 2,5k for a new one. Is it possible to change with unlocked bios gpu to 980 or even a pascal gpu with 10 series gpu?

I didn't upgraded CPU nether GPU, I have sell notebook with new ram and new nvme disk.
Without much modification on hardware you can update ram to 4000Mhz now and nvme to 2Tb.It is HUGE improvement in performance!
A few servises here didn't want to do for me BGA reballing so I didn't mod CPU and GPU. CPU is 100% posible to work with 6820k and for GPU you can only use 1050Ti chip as it have the same socket but GPU bios must be modded to, it can be done!
I buy two other notebooks Medion Erazer X5853 model MD60605 and put 2TB 960pro into it
and Lenovo Ideapad Y910 with 6820HQ OC to 4GHz and put another 256gb nvme into RAID 0.
My sugestion is to sell notebook and buy another one with unlocked multiplier with 6820k or 7820k.
If you choose to do this mod with reballing contact user Dudu2002 and make sure that your service has a good working reputation with BGA reballing.
1050ti can be found for 100e on ebay and 6820k can be found for 180-200e.

Can i disable the hd530 Graphic in mod bios, you known the M-board have two HD530 and GTX950M ?  
Since I want to install mac OS X, if i did not disable hd 530 in bios , the OS X would only support the HD Graphic.
