Dell 7040M (micro) upgrade to i7 7700T cpu help needed

Hello!  New to the forum.
Was hoping to get some help adding support for Dell 7040m bios to recognize i7 7700T (SR339) socket 1151.  Posted screen shot is with original i5 6500T cpu.  Was told it should be compatible.  System will not boot to bios with new chip installed. Latest Dell bios installed, looks like they added 7th gen i7 support in new Dell 7050.

This BIOS hasn't support Kaby Lake core.
Adding microcode doesn't add support of new CPU.

I thought Skylake and Kaby Lake were compatable on Q170 chipset.
