Dell Inspiron 530 Bios Unlock Request

Ok So I Have A Dell Inspiron 530 And I Wanted To Overclock/Unlock Setting, As Stated In This Thread:

But The Download Link Does Not Work, So I Can't Try That. The Thread States That Overclocking And Extra Settings Are Hidden So I Would Appriciate It If Someone Were To Re-Unlock The Bios. My Bios Version Is 1.0.18, The Latest, Which Could Be Found Here:

Also, There Is A Newer Bios Version, 1.0.2, But It Says That The Version (1.0.2) Is For 530S & 530SB Systems. My System Is A Regular 530 So I Want To Know IF I Can Flash That BIOS Onto My Motherboard And If We Can Work From The 1.0.2 Bios Instead Of The 1.0.18 Bios.

Which Brings Me To Ask If I Can Flash An "Official Foxconn Bios" Which I Think Has Overclocking Features And Such. I Think I Saw Something About A Bios Chip Not Having Enough Memory To Hold The Foxconn Bios But That Was For A Vistro Or Something.

PS: I Am Kinda New To The Whole Bios Updating/Unlocking Stuff So Please Don't Expect Me To Be Correct On Everything.
