This the SLIC 2.1 part of the BIOS doesn't seem to work for me. Is it possible for someone to try this again?

Try this one, flash the modded bios rom first, and then remember to copy the cert file to the root of your c:\ drive. And then run the activation script as administrator. if you still have problem i need the error so I can help.

Works like a champ for me.

EDIT: Nevermind, doesn't work. Shows DELL QA09, but doesn't activate.

EDIT 2: Figured my AcpiTables were different than above post, flashed back to stock, created a new bios using my AcpiTables......no luck.

EDIT 3: Found a modded bios for the 700m that uses a bootable usb drive and flashes via dos, everything works fine now. Found it at this link: http://www.box.net/shared/8m66vccv2k
