Dell PowerEdge T310 and other tower servers

Can somebody mod the bios to support incompatible RAM and processors and fix PCIe card resource problems and other errors like I am getting with my Dell PowerEdge T310 tower server from 2010? It does not like my sound card or my Wi-Fi card. It's also iffy with my GPU.

But I am not able to extract the flash rom from the program.

I would like removed from the whitelist of these from the BIOS:
