Dell XPS M1330 update for SLIC 2.1

Can I get a modded Bios for a Dell XPS M1330 laptop to enable SLIC 2.1 on it?
Please let me know what other information you need.

Dell Bioses MUST have an existing Vista SLIC 2.0 Table to "Upgrade" to SLIC 2.1

Please follow correct forum procedures and post a link to the bios download
