Disable Prochot ryzen 5 5500u

Hello

I have an Asus m513u ryzen 5 5500u laptop

For some reason the prochot flag is set and the cpu throttles to 400mhz when the battery is installed.
On AC with the battery removed the laptop runs fine. 

I have dumped the current bios, used uefitool to extract the PbsSetup and CbsSetup.
Used ifrextracter to convert to text.
I have used ru.efi to try and make changes.
I cant figure out what to change to disable prochot, or to get the laptop to run fine with battery.

This is the first time I am trying something like this.
Pls, any advice will be greatly apreciated
