Enable Vt-x in bios on Vaio VGN-AR71S

Hello,
I'm looking for modding my bios, I need to enable the virtualization (and some other function like the clock multiplier) in the bios (to be able to do some virtualization on VMware or Virtualbox)
I know it's possible because of these threads (well I think) :

But I've never managed to make it work
My pc is a laptop (Vaio VGN-AR71S)
The model number of the bios is (R2090J8)

So that is all.
Sorry for my English if there is any problem to read it please say it i will reformulate (I'm french)
