Enable virtualization and other in bios on Vaio VGN-AR71S

Hello,
I'm looking for modding my bios, I need to enable the virtualization (and some other function like the clock multiplier) in the bios (to be able to do some virtualization on VMware or Virtualbox)
I know it's possible because of these threads (well I think) :

But I've never managed to make it work
My pc is a laptop (Vaio VGN-AR71S)
The model number of the bios is (R2090J8)

So that is all.

I've put the bios on the post whit Universal Bios Backup (thanks to AHMED HOSSAM)

I realize that this is a couple of years too late... BUT, if you are somehow still here (or if anyone else with this BIOS wants to know):

Here are the NVRAM registers to change the following settings:

VT-x: 0285
AHCI: 0009
DEP: 028E
Frequency Ratio: 02BB

NOTE: Please be careful when modifying the "frequency ratio" option. Raise it in the smallest increments as possible. Remember, the multiplier will multiply the external clock. I do not even recommend touching it at all in a notebook without full knowledge of the cooling system, the CPU, and various other important details. Even if you do change it, it probably won't have any real effect, because your CPU frequency ratio, like most Intel CPU multipliers in notebooks, is probably locked by the PLL.
