Is it possible to Mod a Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 Mk-III bios to allow it to boot from an expresscard?

if this is a ami or award bios we can look to see if theres hidden setting which can be unlocked but cannot add new options that dont exist

Because I am new to this, what is the easiest way to get and download the BIOS data that you want?
I would be be fairly sure that the current BIOS for the mark III CF-19 Toghbook would not have the option. But, the Mark IV version may have the code in it, but it will most likely have extra processors and other additions. Is it possible to change it by blocking what is unnecessary?
