Fan speed

[BIOSPROBLEM]

Hello,
I have hp desktop computer (p6320y) and some weeks ago I received a update from hp about BIOS. After updating the BIOS my computer fans randomly speeds up and slows down. I called hp and they did not help me at all.

I just had fan problem in the beginning but after now whenever I try to play any kind of my pc crashes. It gives me overheating warning but when I opened up the case and touched the CPU it was not even hot at all.

I tried using SpeedFan but it did not work either. Oh and I have the Corsair Gaming Series GS700 power supply and PNY 470.

Any help would be appreciated.
