Finding my BIOS details~

Well, Hai there ;3 Not sure if this is the right section to post this in, but here i go =]
I'm going to try and unlock my BIOS so i can Under/Overclock my PC, however it seems i need to provide various information in order to do so. But here's my problem xD
How do i find out my BIOS number etc?

Sometimes it's written in the BIOS where the info about the CPU is.
Or you can get Everest and check there.
