Only thing worth unlocking in there was Quick Power On Self Test and CPU Frequency (Which You Can Set To 100mhz , 133mhz 166mhz or 200mhz)

CPU Frequency is Overclocking

however , depending on what the current FSB speed is (FSB X Processor Multiplier = CPU Speed) , you may not see any perfromance increase.

Tell us your processor and we can probably work it out for you1

i got a amd sempron 3000+ which is 2ghz 333 fsb
and i got a spare amd athlon 1800+ which is 1.53ghz 266 fsb
i flashed the bios its works good

i change the cpu frequency to 200mhz but it does not change when i run cpuz still says 333 fsb

ah , in which case we cannot help you , sorry!

The FSB on the chip is higher than what the bios allows you to change
