Hello Have you had any luck with the unlocking on this bios?
It would be helpful to use bios 9c.17 because the gpu fan keeps the gpu cooler with this bios unless the unlocked bios would let me control the fan?

I forgot to tell you that the link in MDY forum is broken .
upload the bios and i will modify it or let me knew if you want to modify the original one as no fan control will be available in it .

Please upload the modified bios from MDY forum as their link is broken , Or i can modify the original one you have posted if you want .
I`m not sure what bios you want to modify , the modified one in MDY or the original one !

i can`t extract the bios file from the exe as its 64bit flash tool ............. if you can extract bios.wph or bios.rom , i will be able to modify it for you .

Hi, I was also interested in this, however, I have read on other sites that the Phoenix BIOS on this Gateway 7811-FX model cannot be modified. However, there are other sites where they have changed voltages on GPU chips. I made mistake of flashing from 9C.17 to 9C.23 which changed how the GPU fan spins and now my laptop is too hot.

I'm new to BIOSes and what not. Is there anything that can be changed in this BIOS, specifically fan speeds and voltages?

Alexis use the imv-3564 to flash to get 9c.17 version, worked perfectly for me here is the location:
