Graphic Card Whitelist Prodesk 400 G1

I need to enable the PCI-E x16 slot for the graphic card, it is disabled due to a whitelist in the bios
the VGA option menu in the BIOS is greyed out.

After a little digging I found the device id for the first 1002:68FA and my graphic card is 1002:68F9
can anyone make this change in the bios?
