HELP WITH LENOVO, THE BIOS UPDATE FAILED

Hello everyone i hope i can have some help here,

I have a notebook brand lenovo ideapad z710

The problem is that it was updating the bios, stopped the update after the reset, the notebbok left with the screen in black, do not load the bios,

Is there any formula to recover it?

Notebbok even does these things when you turn it on

- turn on the power led
-Drive the hard drive led
- when I tried to reset it with wincrisis the usb led, it flashes 3 times

Please if someone knows how to recover it would appreciate your help.

AYUDA CON LENOVO ,FALLO EL UPDATE DE LA BIOS

hola a todos espero pueda tener un poco de ayuda aqui,

tengo un notebook marca lenovo ideapad z710

el problema es que lo estaba actualizando la bios , se detubo la actualizacion luego del reset, el notebbok quedo con la pantalla en negro , no carga la bios ,

hay alguna formula para recuperarlo ?

el notebbok aun hace estas cosas al encenderlo

- prende el led de power
-prende el led del disco duro
- cuando he intentado resetearlo con wincrisis el led del usb , destella 3 veces 

por favor si alguien sabe como recuperar agradecería su ayuda .
