HP DV6900es AHCI mode

Hi,

I have a HP DV6900es:

*Bios: Phoenix
*Version: F58 HP http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp39501-40000/sp39862.exe
*CPU:Intel Core Duo T5750

I want to replace the HDD with a Kingston V300 SSD drive (120Gb).

I googled and some web comment suggested to try changing the AHCI mode ... But nothing about that in the F58 Bios.

I don't know if you already have such request and if a Bios change was already done for the Phoenix F58/DV6900es. I´d like unlock de AHCI mode.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I could not find a reference to AHCI in your BIOS upon inspecting the STRINGS00.ROM module.
