HP N-Alvorix-RS880-uatx Core Unlocking Request

Hi, I'm not sure if anyone would be able to help me with this. but wanted to check.

My HP OEM system came with an AMD Phenom II 840t. It is a quad core processor with two locked cores. I really would love to unlock those two additional cores if possible. I would also like to use the Turbo feature on my processor, which increases the clock speed when it uses 3 or fewer cores.

I'm not looking to overclock AT ALL, so I really don't need any of those kinds of options.

Is there anyone here who could enable those options for me in my bios? I've seen A LOT of questions about this around the internet, but never seen an official request.
