HP Pavilion DV4T-1400 BIOS needs to be unlocked for Advanced options

Hello,
I need help in unlock advanced options in BIOS.

HP Pavilion DV4T-1400
BIOS VERSION: HEWLETT PACKARD F.44, 8/26/2009
SMBIOS VERSION: 2.4

Can anybody help me with a complete detail how to do that and using what file, infact a complete procedure? Any help would highly be appreciated, thank you.
