HP Scanjet 7000NX motherboard

yeah   this scanner as an strange Q965 based motherboard,  normally theses are working with self encrypted drives ...


short story, picked this scanner, removed  the computer section, and im trying to play in it to know more, mostly find a way to hack or revert hp bios mos to normal

IE:  it doesn't accept more than 512mb of ram pc2-6400, and was running on xp embedded,  but i managed to put an xp pro in it

Hp call them Super Q965  Scone ..... ???   seems to have EFI in it   and  very very crippled with some hp menus,  you can not have acess to any bios features,  and it as  lvds screen attached to it and works fine

Question, i managed to get the bios thru universal bios backup toolkit 2,   size seems okay

are there some knowledgeable people who could poke in it and see if we can revert or have more possible memory ??

the most identical "hardware" board is an BCM RX 965 QV, but can not find any bios file for it, same lan, chrontel ch7308 lvds driver, alc888 ...
thks
