Help no VT-x on H310M S2H rev 1.0

Hi i have a H310M S2H rev 1.0 motherboard from Gigabyte currently using bios version F15b and for some reason gigabyte didn't seem to put any option to enable virtualization on anywhere on the bios setup the only option it shows is VT-d, i already checked that both the chipset and processor does support Intel VT-x but there is no option i looked all over the internet and the bios and found no solution seems like other people have the same issue with this mobo. i'd like to know if somebody knows something i don't know and maybe could make a mod to enable it if thats the case.
