Help to find bios update

Hi friends
I need help to update my old amd Atlhon 2000+ laptop bios.
I've been looking for it the past 3 weeks and i can't find this bios anywhere in the web...
I have ran everest and it came with the following results:

It´s a windows xp with an obscur mitac vt8372 motherboard (at least to me) and the bios is an 
Insyde Software V1.07, 28-01-2003
If someone could help i would be grateful.
I also need the flasher.
I have a backup if needed...
