How do I flash a memory chip on my GPU?

I have an MSI Aero 1080 Ti and I'm trying to flash the VBIOS. It's all Fs and 0s and AsProgrammer is throwing me a verification error on various different memory addresses.

I'm new to BIOS flashing so I'm not sure if a BIOS isn't present or if I'm aligning the pins wrong on the USB flasher or 1.8V converter. Either way, I need to resolve this verification error to be able to write the new BIOS to the memory chip and was curious if anyone here could help me.
