How to Use Modded Bios

Can someone please explain how to use these modded bios found on this site, such as:

sp55068_NWL_ByCamiloml

or

Donovan's 55068 version?

I see an Insyde tool inside the zip folder, do I just run this as administrator and point to the included .bin file?

You have to unpack that compressed file !
if file extension are .zip or .rar then You have to use the Winzip or WinRar to Decompress
and Extract these files then You'll find the executable .exe and You can continue like You
said . . .
