I have a Hp 6470b QM77 Chipset notebook 3360m cpu, amd 7570m gpu, 16gb DDR3L.
Bios F.74 Rev.A

 

I have a intel 3632QM (SR0V0) cpu.
Can i upgrade cpu?

if i dont...
Can i downgrade previous bios versions?

Bios F.64 Rev.A
NOTE: Due to security changes, after installing this updated BIOS, older versions cannot be reinstalled.

I've tried.
Result failed.

I removed the bios battery.
I waited 30 minutes after inserting the processor.
reattached
I pressed the power key.
but it does not turn on.
hp logo does not appear, bios shuts off before the screen arrives.
bios may be white list problem.
How can I solve?

Yes. it's working very well on Hp 4540S notebook.

But, 3632qm cpu not listed here: http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-HP/ProBook_6470b.html

only difference bios version

But moreover 3632QM CPU = 35watt TDP. it needs to work as logic. The problem could be the bios whitelist.

Try this algorithm:
1) remove AC jack, Main Battery, and CMOS Battery
2) remove HDD and all DIMMs
3) install new CPU
4) wait 10 mins
5) press and hold power button for 30 sec.
6) install CMOS Battery and one DIMM only, inject AC jack (without Main Battery!)
7) try to boot your laptop.
