I've serious problem with a insyde h2o bios.

Well, as the title says... I have a big problem with a insyde h20 bios, my computer is notbook toshiba satellite L305-SP6805R.
The problem I had was that the computer was restarted with multiple operating systems without any reason.
So I tried to update it with a pen drive as follows:
Download the update bios, decompress, rename the file .fd I put the pen drive.
Connect the pen drive in the notebook. Then press the fn + f turned on the machine and began the installation.
But now the computer will not turn on, the screen does not light, shows no sign of life, except the power button and the keyboard LEDs,
My big problem is I want to try to update it again because apparently the file you downloaded earlier was wrong, but ... the pen drive shows no signs of activity, and proven with many key combinations without success.
It is as if the recovery function of embers bios disabled, the pen drive is not read at any time.
