INTEL DG45FC Xeon L5430 support request

Hi
I have recently completed the 755 to 771 mod on an Intel DG45FC MB.
Everything is stable apart from not being able to restart in windows.
Computer locks out and won’t post until I power down and power up again.

Also, I’ve noticed VT-x is absent which creates problems running a VMware 64bit OS.
I know I’m at a disadvantage with it being an intel bios but hopefully someone might be able to offer some guidance and direction.
Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated.
