Can someone please help me unlock my bios so I can access the RAM features or tell me how I can get my new Silicon power 16gb pc3-12800 1600 RAM to run at 1600 because my computer only runs it at 1333 :/

Hp Pavilion Dv6 6145dx
CPU= AMD A-8 3500m 1.5 ghz turbo 2.4ghz
RAM= 16gb pc3-12800 1600 (running at 1333 )
GPU= ATI Radeon 6620g

I think you're out of luck, as your BIOS is RSA signed. This means that any changes need to be stealthy enough to bypass detection of the RSA algorithms. Some people have hacked around trying to work around it, but results are not looking good. While some reported success and never reported back later, others did to indicate that it didn't take (forcing a reboot every 3 hours and removal of the CMOS battery to clear data).
