Make & post a screenshot of regedit with expanded key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DESCRIPTION\System\CentralProcessor\0

Use Rufus to make bootable USB stick with native DOS.
Download checkup.zip and extract files to this USB stick.
Boot from this USB stick.
Make and post the photo of result.

I don't know why CHECKUP7 think that your BIOS already has microcode.
