Is This Possible?

We have 22 Boxx 7200 series all using the iWill DK8N motherboard (apparently out of business now). We want to upgrade all of them to win7 64bit but get a blue screen with ACPI is not fully compliant. The last BIOS update they had was version 1.11 which we have already flashed on all the machines.

Even our older 5400 series Boxx's upgraded to win7 64Bit just fine...

Does anyone know of a mod already created for this ... or can this be created by someone?
