Goodvibes to all! I hope there is someone can help me here, My Keyboard capslock and sroll light is on and the scroll light is blinking whenever i'm booting , like for example i want to reformat my pc using usb .. in the end i can't reformat my pc because boot to usb  is useless because keyboard is not working... I don't know if this is bios problem already . my MB is from china It has H61 model and AMI 4.6.5 bios version . I don't know guys i search the web the whole day but i can't find any Bios for my MB... can anyone help me or give some light to me? on how to fix the problem? Thank you guys! Please see picture attached so you can see my MB Bios version .. please hellp my son is using this pc for online school.. thank you..

Does your motherboard have PS/2 port? Try using that instead of USB.

Does it let it get into the BIOS insead of the boot menu? Maybe you can temporarily change the boot order.

Otherwise, you may have to plug your drive into another computer and format it that way, then your generic H61 board should then boot to your USB drive automatically as there will be nothing on the HDD/SSD.

Sir yotoprules thank you for the Help! My MB doesn't have ps2 port... only USB.. so hard to reformat my pc because we don't have that other resources i'm just asking a friend for his pc before but now he is toofar from me... i can enter to the BIOS and i can change the boot order sir but the problem is whenever i'm booting to USB Caps lock is ON and Scroll Lock is Blinking so i can't press any key to boot into Windows Installer in the USB even i have no HDD install it will boot to USB but can't press any key so it won't detect the Windows in the USB... maybe it's BIOS already i hope you can help me find the bios so i can reset it even to the normal state that while booting no Caps Lock On or Scroll Lock Blinking like before.. it happen when my son installed a software i think it was Internet Download Manager and we got Malware then suddenly pc is always shutting down and our emails Etc was hacked then after that i tried to reformat it but then no lock because of that Caps Lock On and Scroll Lock Blinking .. i tried to use a CDROM before and it work never have that Caps Scroll problem but i don't have Windows 10 DVD and CD ROM now again i'm just those thing to my friend but we change address so it's so hard now.. i hope you can still help me thank you again for the reply sir...
