Bios mod can be flashed using SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only

All tools for bios flash is max around 12-15usd from aliexpress.
I'm interested to use 3000Mhz ram with XMP, pcie 3.0 nvme and other things on IdeaPad 700
also to change VGA on BGA reballing 950m (N16P-GT-A2) with 1050ti (GP107-400-A1)
So please somebody to write what is needed to mod bios?
I'll order tools from china today
