Lenovo Q180 AHCI request (Intel NM10, AMIBIOS)

Hello everyone.
Lenovo Q180 has no AHCI option (only IDE or Disabled) in 'SATA controller mode' menu.
I have dump of my Q180 AMIBIOS, created by Aptio AFUDOS 4.53.
I found that ASUS Eee PC X101CH has the same Intel NM10 chipset and AMIBIOS with option AHCI.

AMIBCP successfully open dumps and detect BIOS options, but I don't know what to do for enable AHCI option in Q180 AMIBIOS.
Could anybody, please, help me with any manuals or something like that for enable AHCI option in Q180 AMIBIOS?

If anybody will try 'to unlock' AHCI option, I'm glad to test this BIOS mod.
If something goes wrong, I always can repair rom with my dump, because I have FLASH programmer.

I changed rows 'Access/Use' value of some options from 'Default' to 'User' value in q180 BIOS dump with AMIBCP.
It was all options in menus: 'Advanced->IDE Configuration' and 'Devices->ATA Drives Setup'.
Now I get hardbrick, non-boot lenovo Q180.
Any ideas, how enable AHCI option in lenovo Q180 bios?
