Lenovo X230 Tablet bios help

I flashed a mod to remove the whitelist from my tablet using the soic clip and ch341a programmer. When I attempted to clip the chip the first few times I couldn't get the programmer to recognize it. So I reclipped a couple of times. I finally dumped my bios and sent it off to someone here and then flash the mod he sent me back. Now my laptop won't power on. When I press the power button the power button lights up as well as the wifi light and the two lights on the rear of the display for a second then they all turn off and that's it. Now HDD activity and no fan or display. Has anybody had experience with this? Or is my laptop toast.
