Lenovo v580/b590 cpu upgrade to I7 2630QM ES (Q15C ES)

I have a laptop lenovo ideapad v580 (20147) aka b590 (20208). The i3-3110m was installed. There is no initialization after installing Q15 ES.
I tested the Q15 ES on a lenovo g570 laptop, it has an HM65 chipset and the processor worked fine. There were no problems.
And in my laptop the HM77 chipset should support this processor. For three days now I have been trying to modify the BIOS myself by adding microcodes, but to no avail. Can you help please.
